A storyboard is a graphic organised in a form of illlustrtion or images displayed in sequences for the purpose of pre-visualisng or motion pictures animation and media sequence. this was developed by Walt Disney during the 1930s. The storyboarding process can be very time-consuming and intricate. Many large budget silent films were storyboarded but most of this material has been lost during the reduction of the studio archives during the 1970s.
